Adaptive Reuse White Paper

We describe how reimagined buildings—altered in form, purpose, and posture—can better respond to the ideals of the communities they serve. Adapting buildings for new futures, involving a nuanced dialogue between the past and present, can result in vividly layered spaces that are more engaging and deliberately accessible.
