Dickinson Residence Hall and the Richardson Olmsted Campus Win AIA New York State Awards

December 19, 2019

We’re honored that the LEED Platinum High Street Residence Hall at Dickinson College and the Richardson Olmsted Campus received design awards from AIA New York State. Designed by Partners Maitland Jones and Rhoda Kennedy, the High Street Residence Hall is the first new student housing at Dickinson in forty years, and it was design to support the college’s social and environmental sustainability goals. The Richardson Olmsted Campus, designed by Partner Stephen Brockman, transformed a long abandoned asylum building into a boutique hotel, conference center, and destination restaurant as a part of a larger economic revitalization strategy.
